Hi, my name is Fabiola Solano, a Costa Rican woman passionate about the coffee culture and I take my passion for barista very seriously. I have decided to open this virtual space in Spanish because I believe in the sharing of information about coffee that benefits everyone; from the barista to the consumer who just wants to try something new.
We all deserve to have a better cup of coffee, especially if we come from a coffee-growing country, where most of the time, we end up consuming the worst qualities. Week after week I will share articles with information of interest for both baristas and consumers.
I want this to be an open space for coherent discussions and the exchange of experiences.
